You see the design before money changes hands. That’s the whole point of how we work.
We build you a real mockup of your site before you pay anything. If it isn’t right, you owe us nothing.
You sign off on the design, and we confirm your real hours, services and prices so nothing on the site is wrong.
We build it out and get you live within 10 business days of approval.
A monthly plan keeps hosting handled and your hours, prices and photos updated as they change.

Policies
The plain-English version. If anything here is unclear before you hire us, call and ask — we’d rather explain it up front.
We build your mockup before you pay anything. If you don’t want to go ahead, you owe us nothing and we don’t keep a card on file.
Once you approve the mockup, deposit amount or percentage is due to start the build. That deposit is refundable / non-refundable — pick one, because reason, e.g. build work begins the same day.
You can cancel any time before the site goes live. We refund what you’ve paid minus what you keep — e.g. the deposit, or work completed to date.
You have number of days to tell us anything doesn’t match the mockup you approved. We fix it at no charge. Beyond that window, changes are billed as regular work.
Billed monthly, no long-term contract. Cancel any time with notice period, e.g. 7 days notice and billing stops at the end of the current month. The month already paid is refunded / not refunded — pick one.

Alicelization is the trade name of registered legal entity, e.g. Alicelization LLC, based in Mount Vernon, New York. This name must match the one on our payment account.
We design, build and launch the website described in the mockup you approve. The scope is what’s listed in “What’s included” above — anything beyond that is quoted separately before we start it.
Accurate hours, services and prices; your photos and logo if you have them; and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. We can’t launch without these.
Ten business days from the day you approve the mockup and send us your content. If content arrives late, the clock pauses until it does.
number rounds of revisions are included. Additional changes are billed at hourly or per-change rate.
When the final payment clears, the site design and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name / our name — pick one, and hosting is what happens to hosting if the care plan ends.
We build your site to be found and to load fast. We do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, a number of calls, or an amount of traffic — nobody honestly can.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts. Reading this page sends us nothing at all.
The form opens your own email app with the details filled in. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press send in your email app, and the message goes straight to us, not through this website.
Whatever you choose to send: your name, business name, phone number, email address and any notes. We use it to reply and to do the work you asked for.
We never sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We keep inquiries for retention period, e.g. 12 months and then delete them.
If you become a client, your details pass through the services we use to run the business: list them — e.g. hosting, email and payment providers. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
